Arthur Rocco was born in Sorocaba, Brazil, on 15 February 1982, he is an Italian citizen due to his family origins. Graduated with a Bachelor of Artsdegree in International Relations from the Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina (UNISUL) in June 2012. At present he is studying European Integration for a Masters in European Studies, “The Process of Building Europe” 2012-2013, at Siena University. In addition his Scientific interests in European integration policies are environmentand energy policies, focused in energy security and energy markets. C.V. Link
